MizoIPTV

IPTV Smarters Pro is one of the most widely used IPTV player apps, mainly because it runs on almost everything: Firestick, Android TV, Android phones, iPhone and iPad, Windows and Mac. This guide shows you how to install IPTV Smarters Pro, add your MizoIPTV login, load the TV guide, and fix the errors that come up most often.

The app is a player only. It has no channels of its own — it plays the playlist you give it, so you need an active subscription before any of the steps below will show anything.

What you need before you start

  • A device: Firestick or Fire TV, Android TV box, Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad, Windows PC or Mac.
  • Your MizoIPTV login, sent after purchase by email or WhatsApp. It arrives in one of two forms: an Xtream login (server URL + username + password) or an M3U playlist link.
  • About 10 minutes.

No subscription yet? Compare the MizoIPTV plans — all of them work with IPTV Smarters Pro, on 1 to 5 screens.

Step 1: Install IPTV Smarters Pro on your device

Android phone, tablet or Android TV box

Search for the app in the Google Play Store and install it. If your Android TV box does not list it, download the APK from the developer’s official website and install it from there.

Firestick and Fire TV

Open Find → Search on the Fire TV home screen and look for the app in the Amazon Appstore first. If it is not listed, you will need the Downloader app and the developer’s official download address. The full procedure, including turning on Developer Options safely, is in our Firestick IPTV setup guide.

iPhone and iPad

Install it from the App Store. The iOS version is kept simpler than the Android one by Apple’s rules, so a few features differ, but Xtream and M3U logins work the same way.

Windows and Mac

Download the desktop version from the developer’s official site. It is useful for testing a new subscription quickly on a big screen before you set up a TV.

One safety rule: install only from the Play Store, App Store, Amazon Appstore or the developer’s own website. “Mod” or “unlocked” APKs circulating on forums are a common way to pick up malware, and they break as soon as the app updates.

Step 2: Add your MizoIPTV login

Open the app and accept the terms. You will be asked how you want to add your service. Pick the option that matches what we sent you.

Option A — Login with Xtream Codes API (recommended)

  1. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  2. Any name: type anything you like, for example MizoIPTV. It is only a label.
  3. Username and Password: copy them exactly as sent. Both are case-sensitive.
  4. Server URL: include http:// and the port number if one was given, with no spaces at the end.
  5. Press Add User.

This method usually gives the best result: channel logos, the TV guide and catch-up all load automatically.

Option B — Load your playlist or file URL

  1. Choose Load Your Playlist or File/URL.
  2. Give it a name, then paste the full M3U link.
  3. Press Add User and wait while the channel list downloads.

Use this only if you were given an M3U link rather than an Xtream login. Some M3U links do not carry EPG data, so the guide may stay empty.

Step 3: Load the TV guide and test a channel

From the main screen, open Live TV, choose a category and play any channel. The first load takes a minute while the channel list and guide download.

If the guide is blank, open Settings → EPG (or the three-dot menu) and choose Refresh EPG. Give it a few minutes — EPG files are large. Catch-up appears as an archive or clock icon beside channels that support it; on MizoIPTV that covers 7 days on supported channels.

Settings worth changing straight away

  • Default player: if a channel stutters or has no sound, switch between the built-in player and the alternative decoder in Settings → Player Selection. Hardware decoding is smoother on most TV sticks; software decoding fixes odd codec problems.
  • Auto-start: handy on a TV box, so the app opens with the device.
  • Parental control: set a PIN and lock adult categories if children use the TV.
  • Favourites: add the 15–20 channels you actually watch; scrolling thousands of channels every evening gets old fast.

Common IPTV Smarters Pro problems and fixes

“Invalid credentials” or the login fails

This is almost always a typing problem. Check for a capital letter you missed, a space copied at the end of the password, a missing http://, or a missing port in the server URL. If the details were sent on WhatsApp, copy and paste instead of retyping.

The app opens but there are no channels

Pull down to refresh the category list, or remove the user profile and add it again. If it is still empty, your subscription may not be active yet — message us and we will check the line.

Channels buffer or freeze

Test your connection first, then the app. Our IPTV buffering fix guide works through the usual causes in order, and how much internet speed IPTV needs tells you whether your line is fast enough for HD or 4K.

“Maximum connections reached”

You are streaming on more screens at once than your plan allows. Close the app fully on the other device — leaving it paused in the background still holds the connection. If your household needs more screens, MizoIPTV sells 2, 3 and 5 device plans on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Is IPTV Smarters Pro free? The player itself is free to install. It does not include any channels — you supply your own subscription.

Can I use the same login in another app? Yes. Your MizoIPTV login works in any player that supports M3U or Xtream, so you can run IPTV Smarters Pro on the phone and a different app on the TV. See our comparison of the best IPTV players.

Does it work on Samsung or LG Smart TVs? Not directly — those TVs run Tizen and webOS, which need different apps. Message us and we will tell you which player suits your TV model.

Do I need a VPN? It is not required to use MizoIPTV. Some people use one for privacy; check the rules where you live.

Stuck on a step? Send your device model and a photo of the screen to MizoIPTV on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it. New here? See the plans from $14.99.
